What is the name of the super secret test track used by Volkswagen in Germany?

I saw it mentioned in an episode of 'Top Gear' when they tested the Bugatti Veyron there. Its supposed to be huge and somewhat secretive to keep prying eyes away from prototype cars. If anyone can get me names, websites, photos, etc., the best person gets 10 points. Thanks guys.

I did an internet seach on this, I've actually never heard of it.

The new car features a number of exciting innovations. 37-year-old engineer Jürgen Hirsch and his team of technicians, engineers and designers are responsible for developing the prototype. The exterior is being designed in Los Angeles, the interior in Como, Italy. In this episode, we go with Hirsch to the body shop and discover the importance of cable clips and glue … because these high-tech cars are handmade. Speed signs in College car park ?

I attend a further education college in the UK and there are 5 mph signs from the entrance all the way to top car park. The trouble is it is very difficult to keep to 5 mph all the time, so I am worried now that if I go over this speed I might get penalty points on my licence if there are any secret speed cameras on the site.

Would the same penalties that apply on a normal road apply on a college site e.g. penalty points ?

I don't think so as one is controlled by the local authorities and the car park is most likely owned by the college.
